These terms apply to orders placed with Wyzicamera through wyzicamera.store. Please review the product details and policies before placing an order.

Products and compatibility

We sell a battery-powered Wi-Fi video doorbell in White, Black and a Black + White two-pack. White is an off-white finish with a black upper camera panel, as pictured. The device requires a compatible smartphone, the companion app, internet access and 2.4GHz Wi-Fi; 5GHz Wi-Fi is not supported. Follow the supplied manual for setup, mounting, charging and care.

Features and performance depend on Wi-Fi coverage, internet service, app permissions and operating conditions. Optional cloud recording requires a separate subscription from the app provider. No waterproof rating, battery runtime, storage duration or smart-home integration is promised unless explicitly confirmed in the product documentation. A video doorbell helps you view visitors; it does not guarantee the prevention of theft or other incidents.

Prices and payment

All store prices are in US dollars: White $29.99, Black $29.99, and Black + White two-pack $49.99. Free standard US shipping applies. Any applicable tax is shown before payment. PayPal checkout is available once our PayPal merchant connection is active. An order confirmation records receipt of your order; we may contact you about an availability, payment or pricing problem before fulfillment. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

Processing normally takes 1–3 business days and transit an estimated 3–4 business days. See the Shipping Policy for delivery details. Return requests must be made within 30 calendar days of delivery; approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the return. Responsible installation and use

Use the product as directed. Check that installation is permitted where you live, aim the camera appropriately and respect neighbors’ and visitors’ privacy. Keep charging connections dry and do not use damaged equipment. Do not assume the device is waterproof or compatible with an existing wired chime.

Website and third-party services

Product photos may look slightly different across screens. The companion app, cloud provider and PayPal are third-party services governed by their terms. We aim to keep product and policy details accurate and will correct errors when found. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
