How It Works
Bring your front door to your phone. Follow the manual supplied with your doorbell for the exact setup steps.
1. Check your connection
The doorbell requires a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, internet access and a compatible smartphone. It does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi. Check the signal at the entrance before mounting.
2. Charge and pair
Charge the doorbell as instructed. Install the companion app named in the supplied setup guide and follow the pairing instructions. Keep account passwords private.
3. Test before mounting
Check the camera view, two-way audio and notifications. Enable the app permissions required for microphone access and alerts. Aim the camera appropriately and follow rules for recording shared spaces.
4. Mount with care
Follow the supplied instructions for the included adhesive tape or mounting hardware. Confirm that mounting is permitted at your property. Keep charging connections dry; no specific waterproof rating is promised.
5. Choose whether to add cloud recording
Cloud storage is optional and sold separately by the app provider. Review the app’s pricing, recording retention and privacy terms before subscribing. The doorbell purchase does not include a cloud plan.
