Does it work with 5GHz Wi-Fi?+
No. A 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, internet access and a compatible smartphone with the companion app are required.
Which colors and packs are available?+
White: $29.99. Black: $29.99. Black + White two-pack: $49.99 for one of each. The White finish is off-white with a black upper camera panel, as pictured.
Is cloud storage included?+
No. Cloud recording is optional and requires a separately purchased subscription from the app provider. Check the app for available plans, prices, retention and features.
Can I talk to visitors?+
Yes. Two-way audio lets you speak through the companion app when the doorbell and phone have a working connection and the necessary permissions.
Does it have night vision?+
Yes. Night vision helps you check the entrance after dark. Results depend on lighting and placement.
What comes in the package?+
A doorbell, USB charging cable, adhesive mounting tape, screws and anchors, and setup documentation. The two-pack includes two doorbells. An indoor chime, charging adapter and cloud subscription are not listed as included.
How long does delivery take?+
US orders ship free. Processing takes 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 3–4 business days in transit. Allow approximately 4–7 business days in total. Carrier delays may occur.
How do I request a return?+
Email [email protected] within 30 calendar days of delivery before sending a return. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer; contact us for help with a faulty, damaged or incorrect item.
Is it waterproof or compatible with an existing chime?+
No specific waterproof rating or compatibility with an existing wired chime is promised. Follow the supplied manual and keep charging connections dry.
