In the package
Doorbell, USB charging cable, adhesive mounting tape, mounting screws and anchors, and setup documentation. The two-pack includes two doorbells. A separate indoor chime, charging adapter and cloud subscription are not listed as included.
Before you buy
A compatible smartphone, companion app, internet connection and 2.4GHz Wi-Fi are required. Test Wi-Fi at the entrance before mounting. Follow the supplied manual for app pairing, charging and mounting. Cloud plan prices and recording retention are determined by the app provider. No specific waterproof rating, battery runtime or smart-home integration is promised.
Delivery and returns
Free standard US shipping. Processing 1–3 business days, estimated transit 3–4 business days. Request an eligible return within 30 calendar days of delivery; approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after return receipt and inspection.
